The quarter-finals are here, and Montreal is ready. Two brand-new outdoor events are landing this week just in time for the big matches, alongside the usual bar and café circuit going full throttle. Here’s where to be.
🎉 Taste of the Caribbean: Soccer Fiesta (July 9-12, Free!)
The Old Port throws a four-day outdoor fiesta on the Clock Tower quay — live Caribbean music, food stalls, art, kids’ activities, and big screens streaming the quarter-final matches. It’s free, it’s festive, and the location is unbeatable.

⚽ Féria de Montréal x Fête nationale française: Quarterfinal Watch Party (July 11)
A 400-person fan zone is popping up for the quarter-finals, courtesy of Féria de Montréal and the Fête nationale française. Live music, food, and a crowd that will be loud regardless of who scores. Family-friendly and open to all.

🍺 The Reliable Favourites
Time Out Market Montréal — big screen, stadium vibe, and great food downtown. One of the best spots for knockout stage games.
Station des Sports (Ste-Catherine St) — multiscreen, reliably packed, right in the heart of downtown.
Little Italy — Bocadillo Bistro, Bruno Sport Bar, and Caffè Italia have been running wall-to-wall soccer since June. The neighbourhood becomes a fan zone of its own for every big match.
Mile End — Café Olimpico and Café Club Social are the spots for coffee-and-soccer energy. Show up early.
🏆 Who’s Still Playing?
Eight teams left: Spain, Belgium, France, England, Norway, Morocco, and the winners of today’s Argentina-Egypt and Switzerland-Colombia matches. Quarter-finals run July 9-11. Check our World Cup 2026 page for live scores as they come in.
